Community Services Job Match

15 July, 2020

Community Services Industry Alliance (CSIA) has launched Community Services Job Match, an online platform that connects employers with job seekers. This free online job matching platform, initiated with funding support from the Queensland Government, provides a safe, secure place for workers to build an online profile so employers can connect with them.

Registered employers can search the database to find workers with the right skills, in the right locations to fill key positions during the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.

The Community Services Industry is one of Australia’s fastest growing industries. There are 60,000 new jobs predicted in Queensland alone over the next five years. This is on top of the additional 63,676 jobs over the past five years.

As we move into recovery from COVID-19, Community Services Job Match offers a potential solution to build a strong local workforce and aid our economy recovery. In turn, this can deliver multiple flow-on health and social benefits.

HOW TO JOIN

Job seekers: It’s easy! Whether it’s a new job, more hours or the next step in your career, Job Match is for you. All you need to do is complete your profile with your relevant experience, qualifications, location and compliance checks, so employers can connect with you.

When you match an employer’s criteria, they will view your profile, including your contact details. They can then reach out to you to discuss the opportunity further.

Don’t send out hundreds of applications – one profile will be seen by multiple employers.

Employers: Apply to be a part of this exciting new service. Once approved, you and your recruitment team can log on and search for the right person, with relevant qualifications, for the roles you need to fill now. Every day new job seekers are registering, providing you with an ongoing talent pool.

Whether you are a job seeker or a community services employer, we encourage you to register for Community Services Job Match TODAY!
