Department of Defence Estate Related Operations Industry Briefing Session

This Department of Defence (DOD) delivered information Session will provide an overview of the range of estate management related operations, sustainment and development activities that are undertaken at defence owned assets, including but not limited to Shoalwater Bay Training Area and Western Street Depot.
Local industry attending this session will be provided with advice on the various programs, how they are structured, and how industry can engage with defence and defence contractors in the delivery of these programs, whilst also learning about:
- how the programs are developed on a yearly or multi-year basis
- key stakeholders
- the procurement process
- commonwealth policy and tendering requirements including the Indigenous Procurement Policy
- defence policies and contracting suite
- how industry can keep informed of opportunities.
