CQ Jobs Workshop

Tony Gambling, Director of Regional Development and Grant Cassidy, Chair of RDA Central and Western Queensland were delighted to participate in the CQ Jobs and Skills Workshop hosted by Senator Anthony Chisolm and Treasurer Jim Chalmers, today in Rockhampton.
The breadth of stakeholders present was wide-ranging, from mayors to union and senior industry representatives. Some challenges were noted and some innovative solutions presented to the treasurer for inclusion in the Federal Government’s Jobs and Skills forum to be held in Canberra next month.
